Chop the Potatoes and add to a pan of boiling water with a little salt. Cook until soft for around 15 -20 minutes. Then slice the Carrot into chunks, trim and halve the Green Beans, prep the Garlic Clove (chop, grate, press) and grate the Cheddar Cheese.

Add the Carrot, Lamb Mince and Garlic Clove into a frying pan. Fry for 5 to 10 minutes until the Lamb Mince has browned. Break up the Lamb Mince as it cooks and drain off any excess fat. Preheat oven to 240°C / 220°C fan / gas mark 9.

Stir in the Tomato Puree, Water, Red Wine Stock and Italian Herbs. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened. Season with a little salt and pepper. Drain the Potatoesand mash with a knob of Butter.

In a suitable oven dish add the filling from your pan and top with the mash. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese on the top. Add to the oven for around 15 - 20 minutes or until the Cheddar Cheese is golden.

In a pan boil some water with a little salt and add the Green Beans. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until soft.

Once everything is done, share out the cottage pie across your plates with the Green Beans. Eat and enjoy!
